When you’re in a state of suffering, your nervous system becomes dysregulated. This physiological imbalance causes your heart to beat out of coherence with your brain, impairing your body’s ability to function optimally. As a result:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Elevate your energy levels.
  • Raise your vibrational frequency.

Start your day with intentional movement—whether it’s a brisk walk, a yoga session, or a quick workout. This sets a positive tone for the day and helps your body recalibrate.


2. Practice Stacking: A Heart-Centered Meditation

One powerful tool to shift your focus and regulate your nervous system is a technique called “stacking.” This meditation practice involves intentionally bringing positive emotions and memories into your heart space, helping you realign your heart and brain for optimal coherence.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Journal Your Joy

Grab a notebook and reflect on moments that bring you happiness:

  • Past Moments: Write about times when you felt grateful, proud, or truly joyful.
  • Future Visions: Imagine and jot down the experiences you want to create. What will make you feel grateful, proud, and happy?

Step 2: Meditate and Visualize

  1. Choose a song that uplifts you.
  2. Stand up, close your eyes, and focus on the moments you wrote in your journal.
  3. Visualize these moments like a highlights reel, stacking one memory after another in your mind.
  4. Place both hands over your heart and feel those memories deeply. Replay them until your heart feels full, content, and calm.

This practice brings your heart back into coherence with your brain, helping you release stress and return to a natural, peaceful state.
