LIVING IN A STATE OF SUFFERING IS A CHOICE, NOT A LIFE SENTENCE.

Suffering is a low vibrational/low energy state. There’s no coincidence that people who choose to live in this state experience constant fatigue, aches and pains in the body.

When you are in a state of suffering your nervous system is also in a state of dysregulation. Physiologically your heart begins to beat out of coherence with the brain and the body isn’t able to operate with its full functionality, therefore your immune system becomes compromised, you can’t digest food quickly enough, and physically you experience all types of symptoms.

So where does this pattern stem from?

The source of all of your stress stems from your unconscious beliefs. The belief is the driving force behind your thoughts, and the meaning you give these thoughts are what powers and creates these suffering emotions. The moment you focus your full attention on these emotions the more intensely you feel them, and the more your body suffers the effects of long term stress.

The moment you change your beliefs is the moment you start transforming your life.

The quickest way to start regulating your nervous system is to create movement and flow, and the only way to do that is by generating your own momentum through taking action, so start moving your body first thing in the morning.

When the adrenals release endorphins into your bloodstream from exercise these feel good chemicals reduce excess amounts of stress and anxiety in the body, and raise your energy and vibrational level.

Practicing a process called stacking (see below) will help you shift your focus and bring feel good moments/memories back into your heart center. This process will help you bring your heart back into coherence with your brain, and therefore successfully regulate your nervous system.

Follow the steps below and practice a meditation I call stacking:

Step 1 – start journaling

Write down some moments/ memories in your life that make you feel good.

  • What are you grateful for?
  • What are you proud of?
  • What makes you happy?

Write down some moments/ memories you are going to create for yourself in the future.

  • What will you be grateful for?
  • What will you be proud of?
  • What will make you happy?

 

Step 2 – meditate + visualize

Play a song that makes you feel good.

While the song is playing, stand up, close your eyes and focus on the past + future moments/ memories you wrote in your journal.

Visualize those moments/ memories and start stacking them one after the other in your own mind, just like a highlights reel.

Hold both hands over your heart and focus on bringing those moments/memories into your heart center so that you really feel them.

Intensify that feeling and replay those moments/memories in your mind over and over again until your heart feels content, and your nervous system returns to its natural (calm) state.
